For those of you who are moderators (largely the Officers), you are able to authorise new user accounts. While only the Administrator (Fluxsource) will receive an email about a new user, if anyone in the kin asks for authorisation, then you can do so very simply.
Click on "Users" within the navigation menu. You should then see a list of all the users registered on the site, authorised or not. Click the check box next to the users you wish to authorise, ensure "Unblock the selected users" is selected in the update options drop down box, and then click on "Update". All done!
